This mandoline slicer makes everyday food prep faster, easier and safer. It slices, dices and cuts vegetables and fruit, including potatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, peppers and citrus, into thin slices, strips or small pieces. The slicing thickness is adjustable, so you can choose thin slices for salads or thicker cuts for fries and cooking. The angled food guide helps keep your hands away from the blade, and the attached container underneath catches the cut food, keeping your counter cleaner. A handy tool for meal prep, salads, snacks and family cooking.
