Vendor Contact Information Policy

By using the marketplace platform, all vendors agree not to share, publish, or disclose personal or business contact information directly to customers for the purpose of conducting transactions outside the platform.

Prohibited contact information includes, but is not limited to:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• WhatsApp numbers
• Social media accounts
• Website URLs
• Physical addresses
• QR codes or external payment links

Vendors must keep all communications, orders, payments, and negotiations within the platform.

If a vendor is found attempting to bypass the marketplace system by sharing contact details with customers, the platform reserves the right to take action, including:

• Removal of listings or messages
• Temporary suspension of the vendor account
• Permanent deletion or termination of the vendor account without prior notice
• Withholding or cancellation of pending payouts if policy violations are confirmed

Repeated violations or intentional attempts to move transactions outside the platform may result in immediate permanent account termination.

The platform reserves the right to monitor communications and investigate suspected policy violations to protect marketplace security and fair business practices.
