Welcome to Amaax. By registering and selling on the platform, you agree to comply with the following Vendor Terms & Conditions.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To become a vendor on Amaax, sellers must:

  • Provide accurate registration and business information
  • Maintain updated product listings
  • Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies
  • Sell only genuine, lawful, and authorized products

Amaax reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any vendor account at its sole discretion.

2. Vendor Membership Plans

Vendors may choose from the following membership plans:

  • Basic Membership
  • Standard Membership
  • Premium Membership

Membership plans may include different features, product limits, promotional tools, advertising opportunities, and support levels.

Amaax may update membership pricing or features at any time.

3. Referral Fee

A 10% referral fee will automatically be deducted from every successful sale made through the marketplace.

The referral fee helps cover:

  • Marketplace operations
  • Platform maintenance
  • Marketing and promotions
  • Customer acquisition
  • Payment and support services

All applicable fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Amaax.

4. Featured Products

Vendors may mark products as Featured Products to improve visibility and boost sales.

Featured product functionality is currently provided free of charge.

Amaax reserves the right to:

  • Remove featured status from any listing
  • Limit featured products per vendor
  • Reject listings that violate marketplace standards

5. Vendor Contact Information Policy

To maintain secure transactions and protect marketplace integrity, vendors must follow the Vendor Contact Information Policy.

Vendors are strictly prohibited from sharing:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • WhatsApp or Telegram numbers
  • Social media accounts
  • Website URLs
  • External payment details
  • Any direct contact information

This restriction applies to:

  • Product titles
  • Product descriptions
  • Product images
  • Store banners
  • Reviews
  • Messages
  • Any public or private platform area

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Product removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of vendor privileges or earnings

6. Advertising & Brand Promotion

Eligible vendors may advertise and promote their brands on:

  • Amaax homepage/frontpage
  • Product category pages
  • Promotional banners and campaign sections

Advertising availability may depend on:

  • Membership level
  • Vendor performance
  • Product quality
  • Space availability

Amaax reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove advertisements at its discretion.

7. Vendor Coupon Policy

Vendors may create and offer promotional coupons for their products in accordance with the Amaax Vendor Coupon Policy.

By using coupons, vendors agree that:

  • Coupons apply only to eligible products
  • Vendors are fully responsible for discounts they create
  • Misleading or abusive coupon practices are prohibited
  • Amaax marketplace promotions may also apply to vendor products when applicable
  • Coupons must not be used for fraudulent activity or artificial order manipulation

Amaax reserves the right to:

  • Disable or remove coupons
  • Restrict coupon usage
  • Suspend vendors abusing promotional systems

8. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate product descriptions
  • Authentic product images
  • Correct pricing and stock information
  • Compliance with intellectual property laws

Counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading products may be removed without notice.

9. Orders & Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Processing orders promptly
  • Shipping products on time
  • Providing valid tracking information
  • Managing inventory accurately
  • Handling customer inquiries related to their products

Repeated shipping delays, cancellations, or customer complaints may affect vendor account standing.

10. Payments & Withdrawals

Vendor earnings will be processed after:

  • Successful order completion
  • Deduction of referral fees and applicable charges

Amaax may temporarily hold or delay payouts in cases involving:

  • Fraud investigations
  • Chargebacks
  • Policy violations
  • Suspicious transactions
  • Customer disputes

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Amaax may suspend or permanently terminate vendor accounts for:

  • Violating marketplace policies
  • Sharing contact information
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Selling counterfeit or prohibited products
  • Misuse of coupons or promotions
  • Manipulating reviews or orders
  • Abusive conduct

12. Limitation of Liability

Amaax operates solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.

Amaax is not liable for:

  • Vendor products or services
  • Product quality or safety
  • Shipping delays
  • Customer disputes
  • Vendor business losses

Vendors use the platform at their own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

Amaax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
