The MAC Professional Series MTH-80 is an 8-inch chef’s knife with a dimpled (Granton-style) blade. The small hollow dimples along the edge are designed to help food release from the blade when slicing, which is useful for foods that tend to stick, such as potatoes, cucumbers and cheese. The knife has a black handle with three rivets and a steel bolster, and the blade carries the MAC name and logo. It comes in a black presentation box with gold Japanese lettering. A versatile everyday knife for chopping, slicing and dicing, for home cooks and culinary students.
