Coupon & Discount Policy
Coupons, promotional discounts, and special offers provided by the marketplace may be applied to eligible vendor products listed on the platform. By selling products on the marketplace, vendors agree that marketplace-issued coupons and promotional campaigns may reduce the final purchase price paid by customers.
Vendors acknowledge and accept that:
- Marketplace coupons may apply to their listed products unless explicitly excluded.
- The marketplace reserves the right to run promotional campaigns, seasonal discounts, and coupon offers across selected or all vendor products.
- Vendors are responsible for reviewing campaign participation settings available in their vendor dashboard.
- Coupon discounts may affect vendor commissions, payouts, or order totals depending on marketplace policies.
- The marketplace may limit, suspend, or reject coupon abuse, fraudulent usage, or unauthorized discount manipulation.
Customers may only use valid coupons subject to expiration dates, minimum order values, product/category restrictions, and other promotional conditions.
