Shipping Costs Calculation

  • Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page based on the items in your order and their destination.
  • Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping, with the following conditions. This offer applies only to parcels with a maximum weight of 5 kg. Please note that heavier items may be excluded from the free shipping policy.
  • If your order includes multiple products, please contact us for assistance in optimizing your shipping rates.

Order Processing

  • Order processing typically takes approximately 1 – 2 business days, provided the merchandise is in stock and address verification and payment processes are completed successfully.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays; however, certain shipping services may allow weekend deliveries.
  • We will promptly notify you via email if there are any exceptions to processing or shipping times.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, enabling you to monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

  • International shipment costs are determined based on the size of your order and its destination.
  • All international orders are processed within 1–20 business days, with delivery estimated in 10–25 business days.
  • International Shipping Customs and Documentation: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete customs documentation, including any necessary import permits or licenses for international shipments. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in delays, additional charges, or the package returned to us. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country’s customs regulations to ensure a smooth delivery process.   • Customs Clearance & Import Responsibility
    International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, import permits, or regulatory approvals in the destination country.The customer is solely responsible for clearing the shipment through customs, including providing required documents, licenses, and payments.Failure or refusal to clear customs, delays caused by customs authorities, or seizure/return by customs does not constitute non-delivery and does not qualify for a refund or return.

Unclaimed or Abandoned Shipments

  • If an international shipment is held by customs and not cleared by the customer within 30 calendar days (or the carrier’s holding period, whichever is shorter), the shipment may be returned, destroyed, or abandoned by customs authorities.

In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Delivery services: Your delivery address will determine which delivery services (DHL, FedEx, UPS ,Regular service) you are offered.
  • Tracking Information: When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
